The COVID-19 pandemic has forced us all to question several aspects of our lives. It’s challenged us to learn what really matters to us and our workplaces. It’s challenged us to question our established habits, routines, and standards. The pandemic has changed us as organizations and as we start to phase back into returning to work safety, we are changing our mindsets to start to focus on the future. This panel of experts will dive into what has worked for their companies and what has not worked for them over the last several months. We will focus on the future of these organizations and our consumers. We will talk about various companies’ phase in plans and if they will have to redesign their work environments to adhere to social distancing guidelines. We will talk about policies that had to be implemented during the pandemic and if those policies will continue to be used in the future. We will talk about how employers plan to handle flexibility in the workplace and how they will ensure employees’ potentials are being reached. We will also bring up how mental health has been in the workplace and how will employers continue to monitor everyone’s mental health moving forward. There are several other areas we will cover. If you have a question or wish we address a certain topic in this panel discussion please submit it to trihra.shrm@gmail.com.
