About:

Employers lose $44 billion a year in lost productivity due to mental health disorders. 1 in 5 adults experience mental illness in the US. Yet, we don't take enough time to understand mental illness and how it affects our workplaces.

This webinar will provide expert content from Emily Blomme, Chief Executive Officer of Foundation 2 Crisis Services and Mark Hudson Senior Vice President of Shuttleworth & Ingersoll. The webinar will discuss the tools and tactics employers can use to better respond to mental health issues in the workplace.

Our presenters will help you navigate the challenges related to privacy and discrimination, safety concerns, and the interactive process to provide reasonable accommodations.
