 Lake Effect HR & Law Senior Strategic HR Advisor Tricia Perkins and Attorney Jane Clark will guide us through an exploration of how best to manage in a hybrid environment.  Most employers are navigating their “new normal,” post-COVID. For many of us, this may include a hybrid work environment with some work being done in the workplace and other work completed virtually. In this workshop, we consider what this means practically for your organization, your managers, and your team. We will discuss what new skills will be required of managers and employees as the workforce toggles back and forth between office and remote worksites.  As a group, we will explore what worked for your organization and also Lake Effect's advice for how to craft a personalized, professional relationship to effectively and compassionately manage and engage your team to flourish in the post-pandemic workplace.
