About the Topic:
During this program, we will discuss how to manage employee performance in a way that not only sets employees up for success and growth within an organization, but also creates a clear record of performance issues and attempts to improve performance in the event discipline or other action needs to be taken. We’ll talk about things like performance evaluations, corrective action, and recordkeeping, and will answer any questions you have!
About the Speaker:
Katie Carlson represented employees in disputes with their employers for the first 15 years of her legal career. With that background, Katie brings a unique perspective to our clients. She understands what makes employees feel like they are valued and have been treated fairly, and what kinds of policies and practices can get employers in trouble, and how employers can maintain a productive workforce while at the same time following the law.
