Self-Awareness with Employee Engagement
Milan Batinich
In this professional development and very interactive session, participants will have the opportunity to gain insights of themselves, how they interact, take action, best communicate, enjoy the work that they do, and how to adapt to those they work with daily. We will cover self-awareness through the four primary drives, learn what our needs and behaviors are, how they each can become better leaders within their organizations, and how to adapt to others utilizing the platinum rule. We will gain an understanding of extrinsic vs. intrinsic motivations and how to engage employees based on these motivations.
