Speaker: Tyler Simmons & Dan Eikamp

Dawn Eikamp – Dawn has spent her career helping create places to work, play, shop, learn, worship, eat, and live by working for various Architecture firms and with her own business Eikamp Arts. As an NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer for 25 years, Dawn has diverse interior design experience from residential house expansions to new casinos and restaurants. Working for the past 5 years as a Senior Project Consultant for Lerdahl in the commercial furniture industry, she has come to appreciate the importance of shaping space that allows for growth and flexibility in our work environments. A proud Dubuque “Boomerang,” Dawn is grateful to call this town her home. She is passionate about helping Dubuque employers create work environments that attract and retain the right people for continued success.

Tyler Simmons - With 10 years of experience in the office furnishings industry, Tyler Simmons has spent his career understanding workplace environments and collaborating with leaders to make impactful improvements to their space. Tyler is a registered Continuing Education presenter with the International Interior Design Association and has presented throughout the Midwest. Tyler’s experience with clients, architecture firms, and furniture designers/manufacturers gives him a holistic view of the office landscape and the emerging needs of employees.

Registration begins at 11:30 am. The program will begin at noon.
