Speaker: Josh Swing

Always smiling, always looking to learn, and then share his newfound wisdom with others, Josh Swing has been trusted by organizations like the Association for Talent Development, C12 Groups, Chick-fil-A, and the Association of Christian Schools International.

He serves as Team Captain and Experience Lead at Wildsparq where they help organizations create movements of multiplying leaders.

He also serves as host of The Secret Sauce Podcast where he interviews influential leaders about the unique ways they positively influence their teams.

He graduated from Bethel University (TN) where he was an NAIA scholar-athlete playing basketball while earning a degree in Business Management.

Josh and his wife, Erin, now reside in Birmingham, AL where they have 3 kids - Elliott (6), Graham (4), and Palmer (2). You'll typically find him nerding out on leadership content, playing "floor is lava" with his kids, or coaching just about any little league sport.
