Steve Ott has a gift for seeing through organizational complexity to find clarity. As the founder of Ott Leadership, he's the trusted partner that business leaders turn to when they know their organization has potential, but the path forward is unclear.
Unlike traditional consultants who drop in with ready-made solutions, Steve rolls up his sleeves and gets to know your organization from the inside out. His clients appreciate that he takes the time to truly understand their unique challenges before crafting solutions that transform their teams and culture.
Since 2019, Steve has helped dozens of small and mid-sized organizations—from family-owned manufacturers to regional nonprofits—develop stronger leaders, build healthier cultures, and create strategies that stick. He has a master’s degree in Transformational Leadership from Bethel University.
When he's not helping organizations thrive, Steve enjoys life in Davenport, Iowa, with his wife, two daughters, and their yellow lab, Marley.
Registration begins at 11:30 am. The program will begin at noon.

Lunch will be served buffet-style and is included with your registration. Lemonade and water are the only beverages provided. You are welcome to bring your own beverage or additional items if needed.
Registration closes the Friday before the luncheon at 5:00 PM.
