Speaker Bio
Dr. Olmos brings 18+ years in Merit System HR management and is the 2024 Stephen E. Bemis Memorial Award recipient. He holds a doctorate in educational administration and leadership from a joint program between California State University–Los Angeles and UC Irvine and serves as an adjunct professor at Cal State LA. As the author of Appetite for Differentiation: The In's and Out's of Multiple Choice Testing, he is recognized for pioneering modern HR practices at the intersection of AI and human resources.
