About the Program: 

Join Diana Miller, Benefits Advisor at Conner Insurance, for an insightful presentation on how healthcare costs impact your organization’s financial performance and culture—and why every business needs active C-Suite leadership to manage its healthcare strategy. Speaker: Diana Miller

Diana Miller is a Benefits Advisor at Conner Insurance, a family-owned commercial and employee benefits agency that has operated for more than 75 years. Diana is responsible for working with employers to uncover their unique healthcare needs, opportunities, and pain points, with the goal to lower costs and improve the quality of care for their employees.

Diana, born and raised in Colombia’s capital city, Bogota, finished in the top three of her high school senior class which made her eligible for a program that gave the highest-ranking students a chance to attend school in the U.S. She earned admission to Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Finance, International Studies, and a minor in Politics. She pursued further education at Clarke University obtaining her Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Project Management.

Diana started her career in banking and retirement prior to finding her way to insurance where she has spent the last 13 years. She continues to gain knowledge within the insurance industry and has her Certified Health Value Advisor (CHVA) and Health Rosetta Advisor designations. Diana’s community work includes serving as board member in women’s leadership and non-profit organizations.

Diana enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys the outdoors whenever possible and keeping her streak alive of never-ending willingness to learn new things in the personal and professional fields.

Registration begins at 11:30 am. The program will begin at noon.

Lunch will be served buffet-style and is included with your registration. Lemonade and water are provided. If you have specific dietary restrictions, we will do our best to offer inclusive options, but we are only able to accommodate severe, life-threatening allergies at this time. You are welcome to bring your own beverage or additional items if needed.

Registration closes the Thursday before the luncheon at 5:00 PM.
Payment must be received at the time of registration or your spot will be released. We can no longer accept late registrations. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you there!
