Speaker: Jackie Carpenter
With thirty years of experience as a GM/COO of private clubs, Three Carpenter, CCM, is on a mission to help organizations develop work cultures that enrich employees and inspire results. Three is the General Manager at Edina Country Club in Edina, MN and has led clubs such as Dallas Country Club in Dallas, TX, Hillwood Country Club in Nashville, TN, Wakonda Club in Des Moines, IA and Crow Valley Golf Club in Davenport, IA. By placing great value on the contribution of every staff member, Three has cultivated happy and engaged employees.
Jackie Carpenter, CCM has more than twenty years of experience in the club industry. With an undergraduate and Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, she has been instrumental in creating caring work cultures and positive employee experiences at organizations across the country. In addition to working at several private clubs, Jackie served as the Director of Extraordinary for The Extraordinary Leader Program for over six years, taught undergraduate courses at the University of North Texas and was the Editor of The Private Club Advisor for twelve years. Now she is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the club industry’s newest publication: Notable. Three and Jackie’s book, People First: The 5 Steps to Pure Human Connection and a Thriving Organization provides an actionable roadmap for businesses of all sizes to create caring work cultures and positive employee experiences. The Carpenters travel the country sharing the People First message to leaders and managers of businesses in all industries.
Registration begins at 11:30 am. The program will begin at noon.

Lunch will be served buffet-style and is included with your registration. Lemonade and water are provided. If you have specific dietary restrictions, we will do our best to offer inclusive options, but we are only able to accommodate severe, life-threatening allergies at this time. You are welcome to bring your own beverage or additional items if needed.
Registration closes the Thursday before the luncheon at 5:00 PM.
