In this high-energy, hands-on session, you’ll crack the code to accountability using one simple formula: Accountability = Clear Expectations + Feedback. Forget micromanaging & messy miscommunications—this workshop will show you how to set the stage for crystal-clear expectations & give feedback that actually fuels problem-solving, ownership, & creativity.

Through fun exercises & real-life examples, we’ll teach you how to make accountability a team sport. You’ll learn how to ditch the awkwardness of tough conversations, turn clarity into your superpower, & leave with tools to build a culture where everyone shows up, takes ownership, collaborates effectively, & drives results. Speaker: Jess Kent-Johnson

Jess is a leadership development & culture design expert who is passionate about empowering organizations, teams, & individuals to thrive by strengthening how they
show up, collaborate, & innovate together for successful outcomes. She brings 15+ years of experience in people leadership, collaboration, facilitation & change management from her work in arts & entertainment, education, & technology, & is certified as a leadership coach through Co-Active Training Institute.

Registration begins at 11:30 am. The program will begin at noon.

Lunch will be served buffet-style and is included with your registration. Lemonade and water are provided. If you have specific dietary restrictions, we will do our best to offer inclusive options, but we are only able to accommodate severe, life-threatening allergies at this time. You are welcome to bring your own beverage or additional items if needed.

Registration closes the Thursday before the luncheon at 5:00 PM.
